As a fan of Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 and fan of Rob Zombie, I was searching for this. Since I got my mitts on Astro Creep as a kid, I connected to the vibe and ride the ride. Seeing this movie in the theaters (a few times) was a big deal and still stands out as a highly impactful collage of all the horror I’ve loved growing up. Plays like a 2-hour long Ron (not fixing it) Zombie music video and is everything I needed to help mold 2003 me into the weirdo that typed this.

Loved the homage to classic horror filmmaking. Zombie is so deliberate and specific that it pays off a ton for those who enjoy.
Hated the lack of plot and TCM comparison aside from that’s exactly what it is.
