“Jeepers Creepers” is the kind of movie that makes you swear off road trips, abandoned churches, and anyone who whistles while disposing of their dead. I watched it soaked in sangria, which, frankly, was the only thing keeping me from yelling, “TURN AROUND!” every five minutes. Justin Long gives us peak “why is this happening to me?” energy, while the Creeper himself looks like an old bat that joined a biker gang. The suspense builds beautifully—like a hangover you know is coming but still take another sip of sangria anyway. By the end, I was clutching my glass, fully convinced that if I saw anyone drive up, I’d just jump straight through the nearest window and book it. Cheers to good horror and battle plans!
